The experience at Hendy Renault Dacia Tunbridge Wells was good because james the sales man was not pushy ..lisyened to what i wanted ..answered all my questions how ever small with patience and clarity .delivered my new car and offered to show me arround the gagets .helped me register and tax car ..then contacted a few days later to ensure i was happy still and see if i had ant questions or concerns ..overall great warm friendly and helpful service ..thankyou

I would not recommend Hendy Renault Dacia Tunbridge Wells because it had an incorrect tyre fitted and I tried to deal with staff at the dealership ,but they refused to change the tyre .i had to contact the ceo who dealt with it quickly
