I would not recommend Hendy Renault Dacia Tunbridge Wells because I had a number of issues. Initially was told finance was cheaper, which it wasn’t. I was told to do the break pads would cost me 4-500 pounds. This error was then corrected in fairness. I was also told from the beginning that the car had a full service history, from Peter the sales manager and from Jack it then turned out to not be the case when I was very close to buying. The vehicle arrived with a loose and wobbly centre console/arm rest, also there was an immediate tire pressure warning came up when taking the vehicle out for a drive. The battery was also almost flat too. During paperwork part I was sent paperwork that was incorrect and had to be done multiple times. I then received paperwork with another persons email address on, which if I’m not mistaken is a data protection breach. This worries me if my data will be dealt with in a similar fashion? Overall the whole thing was a bit of a mess really. I was told that Jack had only been with the business for a week when taking on my sale. If this was the case he should of had more guidance as there was a lot of problems we encountered as detailed previously. To be fair to him he was always pleasant, polite and did his best. I just felt he was thrown in at the deep end a bit it seemed which is not his fault. Things like the service history though, that is not an error that should be made by anyone. I still don’t have any kind of paperwork that shows a receipt or anything. Documents were available to sign but once done I don’t have access to them.

Hendy Renault Dacia Tunbridge Wells were really helpful and I'd recommend them because they gave me options on things I had not thought about. Their service is excellent and everything was explained in an easy to understand way. Morgan Jordan was helpful and very professional. Thanks to him we purchased a better deal for us.
